Keane is a American based company of type private that provides various services like Management consulting, Software Services etc… It also provides outsourcing such as Application Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing etc…It was founded in 1965. Mani Subramanian is the key person of the company as of today. It has around 14,500 employees worldwide with development centers in various countries like India, United States etc…Caritor acquired Keane in the year 2007 and changed its own name to Keane.
