Agile Software Corporation is a company of public type focussing on Product Lifecycle Management software. It was founded in the year 1995 by Mr.Bryan D. Stolle and he is the present Chairman while Mr.Jay B. Fulcher is the present CEO of the company .It is based at San Jose, California, USA.In the year 2005, Agile Software Corporation acquired Cimmetry Systems Corporation which is a private software developer. However,in the year 2007, Oracle Corporation acquired Agile, and it is now a wholly-owned subsidiary.
