Thursday, January 26th, 2012The British bus maker Optare has been in a pitiable condition and a majority of stake is going to be bought by Conglomerate Hindujas. As given by the media report the AIM listed bus maker is going out of control and has come under Hinduja brothers soon. The details of the majority stake how much and other standards were being reported in the The Times on Friday. There was a potential counter bid which was given out for Optare from Alexander Denis but later turned out as lot on Thursday .
Further after the latter backer which was lead by Sir Brian Souter but then it was later dropped out of the bid. The specialist maker Optare is a good profit maker of single deck buses and has been plunging under finacial troubles recently. The Optare had no other choices as the sales and the losses increased and was takeing a toll of the Optare. Optare is at present facing a lot of potential bankruptcy with the termination of many of the arrangements in Banking.
In-spite of all these just before Christmas the indian bus maker Asok Leyland has come to the rescue of Optare. Asok Leyland has been a jewel in the crown over the trading empire of Hindujas and now has come to the help of Optare. Optare would be offered with 12 million pound as credit for theworking capital by the Hindujas. But in return of the 12 million pound Optare would need to treble the shares of issue while placing with the Hindujas.
